Sanjay Sabha Live is a series of Carnatic music concerts conceptualized and performed by the distinguished vocalist Sanjay Subrahmanyan. First launched in 2021, the series began as digital concerts on YouTube, created in response to the pandemic to keep live music accessible to a global audience. These high-quality, full-length digital performances rapidly garnered a dedicated following, owing to their exceptional musical content and meticulous presentation.
Building on the success of the digital format, Sanjay Sabha expanded into live performances, held in prominent cities across India, including Chennai, Bangalore, and Coimbatore, as well as internationally in Singapore and Australia. These live performances, offer an immersive musical experience by Sanjay, encompassing a diverse array of compositions in Tamil, Telugu, Sanskrit, Malayalam and Kannada.
The concerts are accompanied by S. Varadarajan on the violin and Neyveli Venkatesh on the mridangam.
