A Carnatic Quartet, featuring: Shreya Devnath (Violin), Mylai M Karthikeyan (Nagaswaram), Praveen Sparsh (Mridangam) and two Thavil artistes alternatively, Adyar G Silambarasan and Gummudipoondi R Jeevanandham.
This quartet explores the coming together of two distinct instrumental art-forms, within the Carnatic tradition. The violin, nagaswaram, mridangam and thavil, come together in a celebration of instrumental music.
